On OS X 10.4.11 (Power PC) Currently running Office 2008 (version 12.1.0) Trying to download the new 12.1.1 update and it fails every time. Have tried using Office's Auto Update feature as well as manually downloading the 153 MB file from MS -- nothing works -- (my internet is fine). What gives?
I had the same issue using Firefox, I cleaned all the store data and then it downloaded just fine. I do not use the auto update, MS on Mac is just as fragmented on updates actually fixing anything as they are on PC's. Just a try.
