Movie Import into iTunes   

Hi guys,
I've iTunes realted question. I've recently downloaded a couple of quicktime 
movie files I now would like to import into iTunes. Unfortunately I can add 
them to iTunes only one by one which is a bit of a pain since I have round 
about 16 files.
Is there any way to add the entire movie folder within one shot?
