Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Power PC Hi, I had an RDC connection setup between my iMac G5 and my Windows XP Pro computer when it had SP2 installed but after installing SP3 I can't connect at all. The RDC v2 software displays the spinning clock face thingy and then stops after about 5 seconds. No error messages are displayed so I don't know exactly what is wrong, I was hoping somebody may have an idea. I've also tried using my G3 iBook running 10.4.11 but again it fails with no error message displayed. If I use the CoRD client I get a desktop window but it immediately closes, again no error message is displayed or logged from what I can see. Thanks, Jimbob
Having the same problem here. No updates from the Microsoft Mac RDC team? I think I solved the problem at my end and it was due to the WHQL Nvidia drivers for my graphics card .... they don't work properly with Remote Desktop. I installed a set of beta drivers (version 175.80) available from guru3d.com and it's working again for both my G3 and G5. HTH, > Having the same problem here. Will give this a shot and see how it goes.
