Office accounting 2008 - accepting credit cards
Is it really this difficult?
We were convinced to switch from QB because MOA was suppossed to be so
superior - however, now that we have switched - I am finding out that
accepting credit cards is a whole process....
In QB, you check a box that says "Allow online payment" and your invoice
includes a link that they can go to and pay their invoice. No such thing in
MOA!
We finally got all set up with Chase and now they tell us it only works
online if you have a "Shopping Cart" on your website! We are a service
company and have no use for a "Shopping Cart".
And now - Chase tells me that MOA is not "batching" our manual charges so
the money is stuck in cyberspace. Does anyone know how to force "batching" at
the end of the day?
Thanks!

Re: Office accounting 2008 - accepting credit cards
Well, thanks for the insight, but what that has to do with MS products for
Macintosh - that's what the .mac. In the group name indicates - I have no
idea. I think you must have gotten misdirected by the interface. You may
have better luck here:

You might also consider using the Send Feedback feature from the Help menu
to directly bring the problem to the attention of MS. The users who man the
news groups may be able to help or offer suggestions but they have nothing
to do with what features the software may or may not include.
