Track Change Author not available on hover   

Version: 2004
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

I could swear that it used to be the case for me that when I hovered the cursor over a change or comment MS word would display the author of the particular change. That is not happening anymore. What gives? What do I need to change.

Make sure Word | Preferences | View | "Screentips" is checked.
