Save As Web Page - Remove Left Navigation Bar

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

I have tried every configuration in the Save As Web Page Options and I can not get the navigation menu on the left to go away. Thought/Comments/Suggestions... appreciated.
