Re: Get gray screen when try to insert clipart in Office 2008
Bob,
I finally was able to work through the problem with microsoft technical
assistance. By that time, I could access the Clip Gallery, but it was empty
of any clip art. It turned out to be a two fold problem: First, we had to
remove the office preferences, which enabled me to insert see a full Clip
Gallery and insert clip art into a Word document. However, I could not insert
clip art into PowerPoint or Excel.
Second, we created a new user, which enabled me to insert clip art into
Word, PowerPoint and Excel. I now need to contact Apple for a Data migration.
So, that is the story and that is what I needed to do to fix the problem.
Thank you so much for your assistance!
