Time zone always wrong
Hi,

This is what happens:

1. I create a new Event, and then choose ŒAll-day event¹
2. After Entourage syncs (I use the iPhone), I open the event again
3. This time, when I uncheck the ŒAll-day event¹, it shows this ³Event time
zone: Casablanca, Monrovia (Displayed). Your computer¹s time zone:
Asia/Singapore².
4. I have checked the Time zone settings for Entourage, iCal, MacBook and
even iPhone. All of them have been set to Singapore.

So what is happening?

Can anyone help please?

Many thanks to all in this newsgroup!

You define the default time zone in the Entourage preferences. You need
to make sure that this time zone matches the one on the device you are
using (and if it goes through a server, like an Exchange server, I would
make sure it's the same on the server itself).

Do you sync to the iPhone through SyncServices?? (iTunes?)
Is Time Zone support turned on in iCal (advanced preferences)?

Yes, Entourage time zone is set to Singapore.

Well apparently nothing :-(
It could be a bug but at this point I don;t know if it is a bug in
Entourage or in the System.

Could you double check one thing?
Open an event in your Entourage calendar, then in the Event menu, check
the time zome. Does it still say Singapore?
