Entourage should not limit how many recipients you place in any of the three recipient fields. It sounds like you're getting an error when you try to send a message with more than eight BCC recipients. Such an error is probably being sent by your sending mail (SMTP) server, which limits the number of recipients to eight. In that case, there's nothing you can do other than finding another mail provider with a higher recipient limit.
