I've been following the instructions here, so for to no avail: <http://word.mvps.org/Mac/TroubleshootingIndex.html> On the duplicate-fonts issue: Are "verdana" and "verdana.ttf" the same fonts? Likewise fonts that have the ".dfont" suffix? (Courrier and courrier.dfont) I want to get rid of duplicates, but don't know if these qualify.
