Re: Contacts
Hi Eddie,
Depending on a contact's personal settings, they may not be visible until
they have personally validated your add request. If they are actually
blocked, you can remedy this by going to the Messenger menu > Preferences >
Privacy tab. This panel displays both your block and allow lists, and can be
used to move contacts between them.
Please let me know if this helps.

Re: Contacts
Hi Eddie,
This is the first report of this nature I've seen. Here is a potential
solution:
1. Quit Messenger if it is open.
2. Go to ~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft (Note: ~ refers to your user folder
on your system drive.)
3. Delete the file "Microsoft Messenger user Cache.plist".
4. Log in to Messenger.
This should clear your local contact data, allowing Messenger to re-download
it from the server. After this, you should be able to properly
accept/unblock contacts.
