Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: intel I know this question has been asked many times in the forum but no one is replying at all. Just today, my Messenger for Mac stopped displaying alerts (emails, messages received etc.). There is no sound as well. I cleared the account history but that did not help. The icon at the dock is still responsive by bouncing, though. Any form of assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Are you running Entourage 2004 at the same time? If so, quit Entourage and see if it helps.
