I have tryed everything and have come to a dead end. The trubleshoters are inefective. I have Crystal Sound Fusion [tm] audio device. I have sound only when I sign on the the internet. Please don't tell me I have to change the BIOS. If so could someone tell me how. -- Thanks, Brenda

Better take a closer look at the newsgroup your joining. This one is Microsoft.public.Xbox.live !!! Your unlikely to find help for your problem here. Also instead of waiting around for a answer, you might try a search on Google for your problem. I've fixed many problems over the years doing a search. The odds of you being the very first person to have that problem is pretty slim.
