I have lost my 25 digit product key for rise of nations. I had to reload all my programing because my computer crashed, but I can't find the original case for my game. Is it possible to get a key without having to buy a whole new program?
It is always a good idea to save all your preduct keys somewhere on your computer and in a hard copy version. Since you have lost it though, it may be possible to contact Microsoft with some sort of evidence that you have bought the program already. Having the CD itself may be enough because it is rare that pirates copy the CD art as well as the CD image. If you bought it from an online seller such as amazon.com, it is possible to retrieve a receipt you could email to Micrsoft as evidence.
