By the looks of it you seem to have problems updating your video driver.
Here is an easy way:
To find out how, proceed as follows:
Right click somewhere on your desktop and choose 'properties' from the
drop down menu.
Click on the 'settings' tab of the window, then click 'advanced'
This should give you a tab with details of your graphics card and surely
a link or a button to update the card
If you have a CD writer I suggest you get yourself some re-writable
disks and back up essential data like this driver, documents and the
like on a regular basis. Create a directory in 'My Documents' called 'My
Downloads' and keep drivers, updates and similar data in there for easy
back up.
