I REALLY NEED HELP : Rise of Nations   

Okay, so i bought rise of nations gold edition. and i installed it and it was 
fine until i tried to play it and it said my graphics didnt support it. so i 
came to the microsoft site and i somehow got into a chat session with an 
employee. i described the problem and she gave me a link to a download which 
updated my graphis or whatever and it worked and i could play the game and it 
wa perfect. then my computer crashed and i restaretd everything and i 
reinstaleld the game and the update was gone. so i came BACK to the site, but 
i couldnt find the chat thing. so ive been getting on every once ina while 
trying to find the download or trying to find the employee chat thing. but i 
cant find either. and i remember, when you look up support options for a 
product, it give you options, liek email and phone. well i am 95% srue i saw 
chat as one of those options when i originally foudn help. and i am EXTREMELY 
frustrated because i cant even email microsoft about the problem because they 
keep asking for a product ID number which i cant get because i cant open the 
program!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE help me. EMAIL ME AT

By the looks of it you seem to have problems updating your video driver. 
Here is an easy way:

To find out how, proceed as follows:
Right click somewhere on your desktop and choose 'properties' from the 
drop down menu.
Click on the 'settings' tab of the window, then click 'advanced'
This should give you a tab with details of your graphics card and surely 
a link or a button to update the card

If you have a CD writer I suggest you get yourself some re-writable 
disks and back up essential data like this driver, documents and the 
like on a regular basis. Create a directory in 'My Documents' called 'My 
Downloads' and keep drivers, updates and similar data in there for easy 
back up.
