I'm trying to install Rise of Nations on my computer however it tells me that the product key is incorrect even though it matches the code on the back of the cd case. Has anybody else had such problems or can anybody give me advice as it won't let me use support due to the fact that it's not actually installed yet.

Sometimes a zero looks like a capital O and vice versa. Try substituting where applicable.
