I read your posts below, but for a novice can some one give me the 'how to correct this fault for dummies' version? I am frustrated because now when I attempt to uninstall or reinstall it tells me; The windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running windows in 'Safe Mode' (which I am not) or if the windows installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance. This is driving me crazy............
