error message when trying to get into board games   

Whenever I try to get into the backgammon or any game room.  I get as far as 
clicking on the room to enter and then I get an error which says:  A 
connection to the game server cannot be established.  Unspecified error.  
Please advise me how to be able to get to the room.  Jabe
