Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta 1 failure to detect?   

When I run Spybot S & D, it finds two programs which it identifies as 
Spyware, Smithfraud-C, and CoolWWWSearch.BadZoneMap, which it says it removes 
but doesn't. When I run the "AntiSpyware Beta 1" it does not detect them at 
all. Are these spyware and if so, why doesn't your program find them?
