" MMORPG.COM News : Mythic Signs Warhammer Online!
Date : May 18, 2005
Author : Craig McGregor
We have some URGENT and breaking news for you all. It appears that just
minutes ago (approx. 5:15PST) Mythic Entertainment announced that they
have inked a deal for the rights to the Warhammer franchise as well as
re-birthing Warhammer Online!

Details on this are still a bit sketchy, and we will keep you updating
the best we can!"

How's that for some good news?

That's great news! I can't wait to see what they're going to do. I
was pretty excited about the last Warhammer Online project, until they
canned it somewhere in the middle of it (after giving us screen shots,
even!). So I'm curious if Mythic Entertainment will be following the
same ideas... or starting from scratch.
