Settings BT Voyager 205   

Tried to play AC after 18 months away,
got old password etc, intalled Graphic update from Website, but...
Everytime I log on, the 2nd glass tube wont fill !!!
Turned off all firewalls, Done all gateways etc 2000-2013 like it says on 
website,
but still nothing. 2nd glass tube wont fill.
Tried website, online communication, phone calls, everything.
Now I got money going from my account, and i still cant play.
Anyone else using BT Voyager 205 Router in UK, got settings they can send 
me???

Thanks in advance.
Maybe It just dont want me to play.
