I might be blocking something in that process, but I don't remember anything other than those two. If you switched over to the turbine account already, then it should be just the patches. Downloading the 'updated graphics installer' gives you the full thing. Then it's about 16mb of patching that seems to take forever (the server must be slow because on broadband it took over half an hour).
