Hello everyone.... My name is David and I am a MMORPG-aholic. Just a heads up on the Matrix online, there is no need for a mini review on this title....for it is a holy piece of CRAP which can only be described by me as Neocron with all of "it's" goodness stripped away. Matrix is a clunky, unfinished, Fisher Price in content and design....and yet still manages to exceed my computers specs game(video card) where WoW,Coh, AC, DAoC and many others run flawlessly. I know I know that's really my fault. I was amazed by the stench given off by this....."game".....please guys save your $50 and your hard drive space. Dave

I played the beta. I was not impressed. I played EQ2 trial. OMG, it's shite compared to AC2. I predict that EQ2 will tank worse then AC2 did. I went over the entire Matrix site and found ZERO links to unsubscribe to the game....I thought I possibly needed glasses or more patience, I then contacted online support and got an email back from them this morning with an 800 number to cancel. Talked to Lared who I believe is related to "The Whiners" from the old SNL days and he told me that there is no information about canceling online and that you have to do exactly what I did, hell at least E&B provided an 800 number to cancel. After he cancelled my account he asked my to answer a few questions about why I cancelled........<click>. What a piece of horse shite that is! Dave

In my opinion EQ was really bad so an EQ2 tank wouldn't surprise me but AC2 ....even though it didn't do well it was really a pretty good game, what killed it was lack of interest and the shock to ACers that the game was not an AC clone with new content and continuing storyline. There were other issues but nothing others games haven't encountered. Dave

Combat really made me want to go have a cup of coffee and check back later. It ranks up there with FFXI for me. Dave

I guess I'd have to see the retail to really be sure, but what I saw of the beta was enough to keep me in AC2, even if the few remaining worlds are mostly empty.
