IE Stopped Working
I can't access the zone to play bridge because my Internet Explorer suddenly
stopped working. Everything else on my system works perfectly, except IE.
Firefox and Outlook are fine, but any site I try with IE gives me this
message at the bottom res://C:\Windows\System32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm,and
nothing happens.

I'm running Windows XP, with all the updates, and good antivirus and
anti-spyware programs. I tried System Restore with no luck. Any ideas?

There are many articles on possible causes and solutions at the
following Google groups search link. Click on threads with multiple
authors and messages for the best results. Then click the Back button
to continue the search.

http://groups.google.com/groups?q=shdoclc.dll%2Fdnserror.htm+xp

The problem can be caused by a virus, by changing network components,
and many other reasons, so I can't offer one solution.

RE: IE Stopped Working
Your IE has been Hijacked - this has happened too many poeple before.
To Fix this Problem do the Following:
Download "Adaware"-made by Lavasoft and update it and run it.
Also Download "Spybot Search and Destroy" update it and run it
Keep both these programs up to date.
These programs are both Free for Personal use.
