Can't get in   
I have been trying to help my dad back in the Game Zone.  He's had the same 
nickname for years now, same e-mail address.  He hadn't signed in for quite 
a while, but I know we are using the correct e-mail address and password (I 
had it written down). Every time I try, I get the message "The e-mail 
address or password is incorrect. Please retype the e-mail address and 
password, or sign up if you haven't already done so."  And I can't get any 
further because you have to sign in to get help.  Are Zone nicknames purged 
after a certain amount of time?  I seem to remember they did it once before 
but sent out e-mail notification before purging. I can sign in under my 
nickname so it isn't the settings on the computer.  Can anyone provide any 
help???

Have him sign in as if he was a new member.  Then, once signed in, try 
adding the old nickname, if possible.  Here's some help:

Look for "How To Recover, Rename, or Transfer a Zone Name / Passport"

Thanks for your help, but no, it didn't work.  It says that his zone name is 
taken.  So if he didn't sign in for quite a while did they delete his 
nickname and now someone else is using it??  Don't they send e-mail 
notifications before deleting nicknames?

You might log onto the Zone and look up the profile on the nickname.  I 
suspect you'll find that it isn't really there, and is in Limbo, 
unavailable, yet unused.

I logged in, looked up the profile for his nickname and there are ratings 
listed for the same games he played.

If there's no help on the NibblesNbits site, you might try the Passport 
Support Form link the same page. 
http://register.passport.com/contactus.srf  Perhaps they can activate 
the account, etc..
