RE: Unable to Install Flight Simulator X
I'm having a similar issue. My installation hangs up at the point where it
ask me to insert disk 2. I have seen that with other games, notably, SIMS 2
Pets. I was finally able to get that game to load by booting to safe mode.
FSX doesn't seem to support installation in safe mode. If someone knows of a
way to get FSX to install in safe mode, please help! I believe this is the
only method I can use because something is interfering with the install
process and I have tried everything I know to isolate it.
