I have been unable to install the Ratatouille game. I clicked to install DirectX 9 and had no problems. Whenever I click to install the game, I get a message that tells me the same version of Canon Utilities Photo print is already installed. If I click to continue it askes if I want to completely remove my Canon Utilities Photo Print and its components. I emailed the THQ software and they suggested I had a problem with the windows installer. I downloaded the Windows Installer 3.1 KB893803 v2-x86.exe. I installed the Net framework too. I tried to install again and got the same messages. Anyone have any idea of what I am doing wrong or what I can? -- Tirna
