delta force black hawk down will not install   

Vista home premium 32 bit(i think), Norton 360 AV, Dell Vostro 200 desktop.  
List says it is compatible but I cannot get to get past initial install 
screen.  What do I need to do to load the game?
Any recommendations on similar games that are just as good?
