Please help make may Gears of War game work. The title update will not complete. The game crashes to desktop without message or error. Epic Games (developer) only supports customers via their forum and has no dedicated tech support sub-forum and is not answering any posts. So there is no support. Please support or pressure Epic to step-up their support. Your company is pressuring my company to join TSANet. By joining we would have to give free support to any person Microsoft brings to our doorstep as one of their customers. I am not even getting first 30-days "get you up and running" warranty support from you and your developer. Your team specifies quality of resolution as a benefit of joining TSANet. My experience with you and your developer is not showing it. Can you at least de-certify Epic Games or something?
