Moving from CVS to VSS
Hi,

I have CVS repository due to some reason I don't want to continue with it.
Now I would like to use VSS for my project. I want to shift my existing code
available in CVS repository to the VSS such that it should not lose the
versioning information.

Please let me know if more clarification is required. Thanks

Re: Moving from CVS to VSS
It seems that you're looking for a CVS to SourceSafe migration tool.
VSS does not come with such migration tools. You should search the Internet
perhaps someone has written one, although I doubt it - usually people switch
the other way around.
In case you don't find any migration tool, I'd add the latest version of the
sources to the VSS database and continue working with VSS, and keep the CVS
database around for history.
