How to automate daily and weekly checkin history report   

Hello,

We are using VSS2005. We need to monitor the daily and weekly checkin 
history and were wondering if we could automate it.
Is there some way I can have these reports generated automatically and 
mailed to some specific emailIids?

Any help or pointers would be of great help.
