Migrate Source Vault to VSS 2005   

We currently have our source code in Source Gear's Vault product.  We'd like 
to migrate to VSS 2005.  Does anyone know if there is a tool that will 
migrate the Source Vault database to VSS 2005?

I don't know of a tool that'll do it, but do you mind if I ask what
your rationale is for switching?  The reason I ask is because I found
that Source Vault was much more functional, but I only used it for
about a month or so for personal use.  I'd be interrested to hear your
list of pros and cons between the two products.
