VS 2008 SP1 caching
Is there a way to disable/change the file caching that VS 2008 does when
updating a remote site?

My development environment requires me to connect to remote sites on our
development server and copy to the production server from there and the
caching slows down my effort and is unnecessary because I am the only web
developer.
