Convertinng Obsolete Help files to a new format worth keeping in a Backups?!   

Is there any useful tool that can be used to convert all kinds of HELP files
(like .chm, .hlp, ...) to one the newer formats like:

.XPS
.doc
.docx
.rtf
.pdf
or other non Obsolete formats that can be recommended if any?
