Nre editing don't show up
I enjoy working with Html Help Workshop veer. 4.74 but sometimes it fails to
update pages, though I saved all files.

Can someone advise please?

Hello Marom,

it's not clear to me what kind of files you are saving (*.HHC, *.HHP, *.HTM,
...).

Some thoughts:
(1) I recommend using a HTML editor (like Frontpage, Dreamweaver, NVU
(freeware), ..) for editing your HTML files without using HTMLHelp Workshop.
(2) Delete your browser cache.
(3) Delete the hh.dat file. The hh.dat file stores user-specific information
on all the HTMLHelp files (*.CHM) on your system (position, favourite topics,
search history, etc.), and can cause a error if it has somehow been corrupted.
Delete or rename the file hh.dat to reset all CHM windows to their default
settings, which you should find in this directory: \Documents and
Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\HTML Help
Windows will create a new version of hh.dat when you next open any .chm file.

(4) Another cause maybe the "Save" icon on the "Contents" tab. It seems not
to work for URL's ending with bookmarks like e.g. "#BoxProperties" appended
by hand.

Make sure to save all project files from the main menu "File | Save project"
before compiling
OR
set Option "Save all files before compiling" in the Compiler dialog to true.
