Break links in dexplore   

I have used a registry cleaner and now the setting of dexplorer (start page 
and search page ,in the tools-->options-->webbrowser ) have changed.I can 
only used dexplorer as an internet browser. Contents and index are empty .I 
have repaired the instal of the SDK and ..it is the same thing.

How can I made a link like 
"ms-help://MS.PSDKSVR2003SP1.1033/msi/setup/typelib_table.htm" ?

Its for the start page.

If you have VS or MSDN or Technet installed then try a repair on them.
