Hi! I am trying to install sp1 for vs2008 but the setup tells me that it would require 4GB hd space and doesn't let me click the continue button. Is this a bug? I mean the complete vs2008 including msdn doesn't require as much hd space on my disk! Is there a workaround? -- Fun stuff, Java and C# programming, freeware games, applications and tools www.deutronium.de.vu | www.deutronium.de.ki

I could no longer display the property page for a project. I ended up uninstalling VS8 and everything associated with it (.net included), and starting over with a DVD image. That worked much better. After that one bad instance, I didn't give it another chance and installed all the other machines off the DVD. (Oh and I did have to make sure there was 4G free before it would install too) Dave Connet
