VS 2008: first missing ATL, now missing table templates. Whatta!
VS 2005 has a nice way of quickly inserting a table by selecting a template.
For whatever reason, this functionality has been removed in VS 2008 - the
Insert Table dialog box does not even have an option to choose a template.
Who in his right mind would come up with such an improvement!
It is simply awful. I work with native and managed code - both client and
Web apps. VS 2008 already screwed me on the native code side by dropping
ATL and now this thing on the managed/Web side. Unbelievable!

Does anyone know if there is a way to 'plug-in' template support for tables
in VS 2008?
Also, is anyone aware of other 'significant improvements' in VS 2008 like
the ones I mentioned above?

Thanks,
Bogdan
