Is it true that VSS2005 cannot perform a merge on Projects (only single files) via the GUI and that this has to be done via the command line? That seems like a huge burden seeing as how what I've read says it won't even do a recursive merge through subprojects if you use the command line. Are there any third party tools that will do this or should I just go buy Vault?
