Good experiences with Team Foundation Server Revision Control?
My company is thinking about using Team Foundation Server for revision
control (plus its other tools). Several developers, including myself,
have had very bad experiences with VSS. Is team foundation based on
VSS at all?

I am looking for some recommendations concerning Team Foundation
Server's revision control. Does it work well? From what I have read,
it uses SQL Server for storage. How is your experience with that?

I don't mean to troll, or to bash VSS, but it has a very bad
reputation, and I have had two different repositories corupted in the
past that were not recoverable (other than from backup). Other
developers here have had similar experiences with VSS, and I am having
a hard time justifying a Microsoft based revision control system
despite all the cool new features that we would like to use.

Best regards,
Jason Jackson, MCSD

Being a SourceSafe centric newsgroup, you might want to try this question
