I just installed VSS 2005. When I open VS 2005 and try to open a project from Source Control, I no longer have that option (as it existed with VS 6.0d). After uninstalling and reinstalling several time and ways, I still don't have this option. How can I get it back?
You need to make VSS the active source control provider in VS2005 to use source control integration. Oh, I forgot to mention. The OpenFromSourceControl functionality is after that accessible integrated with the Open dialog File/Open/Project... then select SourceSafe icon in the bottom left of the dialog.
