Howto organize shared projects, .root?
We are using VS 2005 with VSS 6.0d.
On our development machines we have the following directory structure:

Product1
...DLL1_Solution
.....DLL1_Project
...WinUI1_Solution
.....references DLL1_Project
.....DLL2_Project
......
...WinService1_Solution
.....references DLL1_Project
......

We simply want to add this structure to VSS.
When adding the solutions from VS to VSS *.root directories are created on
top of every solution and we a message about potential problems gets
displayed.

Why is a .root folder created on top every solution I add to VSS from VS?
Can this be switched off?
