JLCA: Converting Swing functionality to C#   

Hello,

I was wondering if JLCA supports conversion of Java swing components (along 
with their functionality) into equivalent C# code?

Also what is the latest version of JLCA (3.0 or 8.0.50727.6)?

the last JLCA was integrated in VS2005.
