Cannot edit Global.asax file   

Hi, All,

I need to add some code to the Global.asax file in a web service project 
using Visual Studio 2008.  It seems that I can not edit the Global.asax file. 
 

I am wondering if anyone knows whether this is a setting issue in Visual 
Studio 2008.  I appreciate for any help in advance.
