Is it possible to use wse 2.0 with Visual Studio 2005 or not?
I am converting a framework 1.1 web application to the 2.0 framework in VS
2005. The application uses DimeAttachments, however, and I don't want to
have to rewrite this portion of the code, so I would like to use WSE 2.0
(since WSE 3.0 apparently does not support Dime Attachments).

I have been searching the web to find out if it is possible to use wse 2.0
with a 2.0 web application in Visual Studio 2005, and finding conflicting
information.

I have seen some statements that say the wse 2.0 is not supported in 2005,
but some say only that it doesn't have "design time" support for VS 2005 (not
sure what exactly this means).

In other cases, developers seem to say that they successfully got their
application to work using WSE 2.0 with VS 2005 (possibly by cutting and
pasting some code from the original 1.1 reverence.vb file for their web
service to the 2.0 version, but they don't say which code...).

Does anyone know if there is in fact a way I can do this (even if there is
no "design time" support in VS 2005)? If so, can anyone help me with a
step-by-step process of how to do this?

Also, if I need some kind of add-in for WSE 2.0 in VS 2005, where can that
be found/downloaded?

Thank you in advance for any help!
