TFS Upgrade from Workgroup Edition
We are attempting to upgrade from TFS 2008 Workgroup edition to the standard
edition. As instructed, I'm trying to use the "Add or Remove Programs"
control panel on the app tier machine to go to maintenance mode to upgrade.

The problem is that the text fields to enter the license key are disabled,
and pre-populated with a key. The "Next" button is enabled, and after
clicking, it claims the setup is complete, but TFS still has all the
limitations of the Workgroup edition.

How can we enter our license and upgrade to the standard edition?
