Flash SWF Applications Won't Load Under Default IIS Settings (XP)
I have XP SP3 with all updates and have loaded the corresponding
version of IIS from the CD.

I find that I cannot explicitly load Flash SWF files via specifying
their path directly from their URL locations from Firefox. The same
applies when I try to properly imbed it into a web page.

I get the same results from both my local configuration and from a web
hosting provider I assume is using default settings.

I added the appropriate MIME information for SWF.

wfetch gives me a "404.3 - Access Denied by ACL on Resource"

Like I said before, I actually intend to use this flash file on a
provider with a default IIS configuration.

What am I missing here, and is this fix easily made?
