Windows Desktop Search: Only the first 2 MB of a files are indexed?
Hi all,

In a technical journal there it is mentioned, that the indexer of the
Windows Desktop Search 4.0 still indexes only the first 2 MB of a file. Is
this true?

Does anybody know how to change this?

(I could not find any settings in policies and the registry for that. As far
as I know, the registry settings for the Index Server 3.0, does not
influence the Windows Desktop Search.)
