problem editing shtml file
I'm having to edit an existing shtml file. My first time. I
understand that shtml files are for utilizing ssi. But how do they
work? I made some minor changes to the file, refreshed, and didn't
see my updates. Today when i looked...the updates were there. If you
edit an shtml file, do you need to reboot IIS or the server before the
edits show up? (I don't have privs/permissions to reboot the server or
restart IIS. I can request these though if need be).

I'm using:
server: Windows Server 2003
Browser: IE

Thanks,
fgs
