What are the Index Server settings to make sure the ci service and Adobe filters index the Title metadata for Office docs and PDF's ? For some reason, the Adobe ifilter and/or the ci service is not returning docs that meet the search requirments for the Title field of the PDF's (not the file name but the metadata Title). And this may be happening for the Office docs as well. TIA...
do you mean these entered using i.e. Windows Explorer or these filled in directly in Word? For the Word docs apparently the Title info is from File/Properties/Title field. I guess there would be a similar field in the PDF docs. e.
